  • Are the flowers in your arrangements real?

    Our arrangements are made from faux flowers. We choose the highest quality faux stems so that our designs appear as natural as possible.

  • When do I need to place my order?

    To ensure our availability, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible. All orders must be placed 30 days prior to your event.

  • Can you deliver my arrangements?

    Delivery is not included with florals. We recommend designating a helpful friend or family member who can oversee picking up your order.

  • Can you ship my arrangements?

    We are able to ship arrangements in certain circumstances. Please reach out to hello@willoweverlasting.com for specific inquiries.

  • Can I see my arrangements before my event?

    We do our best to show clear and accurate photos of each design on our website and Instagram @willoweverlastingrentals. Arrangements are available to see at our sister store, Willow and Star Flowers, located at 1760 East 86th Street. Please note, while arrangements are available to see, edits of the arrangements are not available.

  • Can I customize the arrangements?

    We are able to add accent colors to the corsages and boutonnieres. You can select an accent color at the time of checkout. Please note that this color will compliment the neutral tones of the personal flowers; they will not replace the the neutral tones.

  • what if i cancel my event? can i get a refund?

    Payments are due at checkout. You may cancel your order up to 91 days prior to the event date. Within 90 days, all payments are non-refundable.

  • what if i don't return my arrangements?

    Arrangements that are not returned or are returned damaged, as determined by Willow & Star Flowers, will result in an automatic charge on the card listed on file. The following purchase prices will apply: Bridal bouquet $240 each, Bridesmaid's Bouquet $120 each, Boutonniere $25 each, Corsage $50 each, Flower Crown $70 each, Petite Centerpiece $125 each, Classic Centerpiece $240 each, Floral Arch $3,000.

  • What if I return my arrangements late?

    When you return something late, it means the next person who was planning on renting the arrangements no longer can. Late fee(s) of up to $250 per day will be charged to your card on file for each order that is not returned on time.

    If you have not returned your arrangements within 7 days after the return date, your late return will be considered a non-return and Willow Everlasting will charge your payment method on file for the current "to buy" price + tax for each item minus previously paid late fees and sales tax.

  • what happens if i damage the arrangements?

    When renting from Willow Everlasting, you agree to treat the arrangements with great care. The rental coverage provided by us covers normal wear and tear, but you are responsible for any loss, destruction, or damage to the arrangements for any reason, including due to theft, loss, mysterious disappearance, fire, or any other cause. Returned condition is determined by Willow Everlasting upon rental return.
